Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

NOTE: Exchange is applicable for size change only, in case the same product is not available in a different size, consumer may choose a different product listed on the website.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kevin KnitCraft, B-XXX/2616, Baba Gajja Jain Colony, Moti Nagar, Ludhiana-141010, PB, India.

You will be required to ship the product to the above address, we are not responsible for the package once the return is initiated, "Kevin KnitCraft" can't be held responsible for any loss of shipment during the return process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• All sales are final. Items once purchased are not eligible for a refund.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
• For exchange of a sale product, Rs.200/- shipping charges will be applicable.

Refunds
Refunds are not possible against any order, unless you receive a defective product.
